About the Mission

Why Project Mission Zero Exists

Every day, more than 22 veterans lose their battle with invisible wounds because they don't know who to talk to or how. The idea of Project Mission Zero was created to fight back against this crisis and the stigma, because even one loss is too many. Through storytelling, community, and peer-to-peer support, we believe change is possible.

The Vision

If I can help one person, and that person's story can resonate with someone else, then together we can make change. To many stories of men and women feeling the pain and loss of brothers and sisters that lost their battle with their demons and never reached out for help. Because they were afraid to, or didn't know how to express their pain, they just gave up... Project Mission Zero is trying to fix that.
