1. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the small size and newness of our company. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at kmcintyre@tacticalvikingbrand.com, and we will do our best to fix the situation as quickly as possible. We apologize for any issue or inconvenience you experience.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the item ordered. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. However, we are working on expanding our
shipping options in the future!
4. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at
kmcintyre@tacticalvikingbrand.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.
We’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
5. How do I know what size to order?
Each product has a detailed size chart available on its page.
6. What kind of materials do you use for your apparel?
We use high-quality, comfortable materials for all of our products. Most tees and
hoodies are a blend of cotton and polyester for durability and comfort. Full material
details can be found on each product page.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations may not be possible. If you need to make
changes, contact us ASAP at kmcintyre@tacticalvikingbrand.com, and we’ll do our best
to help.
8. Will you be adding more products in the future?
Yes! We’re constantly working on new designs, gear, and accessories. Follow us on
social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

10. Do you take ideas for shirts, taglines, or designs?
Absolutely! At Tactical Viking, we listen to what the people want—because chances are,
we probably want it too! If you have a killer idea for a shirt, tagline, or concept, feel free to reach out. Depending on the idea, it may make it into a future release. Hell! You never know, your idea might be the next idea to kick ass.
11. Will the shirts always be available?
At this time, we are running Limited Releases, meaning once a design is sold out, it may
not return. We are cataloging the best-performing shirts for a potential larger run in the
future. Our current goal is to release up to five new designs every two months, with
possible holiday and special event drops in the future.
12. Why do the shirts take 5-7 days to process?
While we would love to ship orders immediately, all of our products are made at the time they are ordered. This ensures quality and accuracy, but it also means processing times take a little longer. If multiple of the same item is ordered at the same time, it will speed up the process, as bulk orders reduce production time.
As a small startup, we are working on ways to expand, streamline, and speed up this
process. Until that happens, our gear is made on an individual basis as demand requires.
